Do I have to leave my baby to cry?

No! I use a variety of methods and will help find one that fits your comfort level and style. As this is a learning experience for you child, there is bound to be some crying involved, but I offer some very gentle methods with minimal crying. And soon your child will discover that sleep is a good thing and you will get no crying AND sleep!

What if I am breastfeeding?

That is fine! I can make the methods and schedules breastfeeding friendly. We can work with your pediatrician to implement a feeding schedule that allows for you to maintain nursing, but also allows your child to achieve a better sleep schedule.

What if I am pregnant or have a newborn under 4 months?

That is fine! Babies do not start to develop the biological rhythms needed for sleep training until around 4 months adjusted, so I do not advise formal training until then. However, I offer a newborn package which is perfect for expecting parents and those with babies under four months. This will go over environment, sleep hygiene, schedules, etc. The goal is to set your baby up with good sleep habits early on.

I am a parent of multiples (twins, triplets, etc). Do I have to purchase a package for each child?

Nope! If you have multiples, you only pay for one package. I’m sure you are used to being charged double and triple for everything else, so no need here!

I don’t know if sleep training is right for me.

No worries! If you are on the fence and would like to decide if this is the right choice for you, let’s chat. I can explain more about the process and help you decide if this is the right choice for your family. Feel free to reach out to me at anytime using the contact form.

My child is at daycare during the day, will this work?

Yes! I will make sure that if others are involved regularly in your child’s care that they are also involved in the process. It is crucial to have everyone on board to remain consistent while your kiddo learns. In custom sleep plans, I am more than happy to involve a separate document to send to daycare/caregivers to keep them on track.
